Nic Manshon

Hi, I’m Nic Manshon. Creativity, for me, started back when I was drawing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and entering Mother’s Day competitions for KTV. I always loved art as a kid and did it as a subject throughout my schooling career.  If I were to be totally honest, I never saw a career in creativity in high school, even though art was my highest marked subject.  Hence, I went to study personal training straight after high school and thereafter worked for Virgin Active for a while. Soon enough I realized that it wasn’t for me. Nonetheless, I believe nothing is lost with learning. After having these feelings to change my career, I started exploring creativity again. That was a good choice! The journey started out at CPUT, studying industrial design and serving at a local church, heading up the media department. After that, I got a scholarship for digital filmmaking at SAE. I never received a scholarship before so I was super stoked to do the course, not rea

Ernest Mojela

My name is Ernest Mojela, I am the Founder and Creative Director of Mini Me Large Lifestyle, a fashion, youth and events driven platform.

I am 19 years old and based in Cape Town, almost enroute to Jozi (I can't wait), Cape Town will always be my home and number one destination but the boy needs to flourish and I feel Jozi is the best place for me at the moment. My journey so far has had it's highs and lows but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I've learnt so much over the past year that will benefit me in the future.

Over the next year I will be taking more time to learn more and nourish my knowledge for the whole fashion and creative industry. I'll be doing 2 courses in Johannesburg, one in Creative Design (Fashion) and the other in Digital Brand Strategy. I will also be surrounding myself with successful influencers and designers who I look up to in the same industry as me, who will act as mentors to me.

One day I look at owning the biggest creative agency in South Africa, youth creative platform and events agency, which is accredited internationally. Oh and also a clothing line (It's fire, trust me) that I am working on with Angnathi Beyile (@theyoungshepherdboy) this year when I get to Jozi and maybe I'll drop a mixtape along the way, who knows ;)
