Nic Manshon

Hi, I’m Nic Manshon.
Creativity, for me, started back when I was drawing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and entering Mother’s Day competitions for KTV. I always loved art as a kid and did it as a subject throughout my schooling career.
If I were to be totally honest, I never saw a career in creativity in high school, even though art was my highest marked subject.
Hence, I went to study personal training straight after high school and thereafter worked for Virgin Active for a while. Soon enough I realized that it wasn’t for me. Nonetheless, I believe nothing is lost with learning.
After having these feelings to change my career, I started exploring creativity again. That was a good choice!
The journey started out at CPUT, studying industrial design and serving at a local church, heading up the media department. After that, I got a scholarship for digital filmmaking at SAE. I am Zesty, hardworking, well-travelled, driven, motivated. I believe that if you put in the necessary effort to achieve your goals and reach for your dreams, that you will undoubtedly reap those rewards!
I discovered my talent for acting and entertainment during my Matric year in 2013 where I achieved a 92% in my final mark for drama. If there is one thing I have always been passionate and I believe have the talent and look for, it is TV presenting. My heart beats culture, music, entertainment and lifestyle (both Hollywood and Bollywood ;). I have just graduated from a three-year degree in Brand Building and Business Management at Vega School of Brand Leadership. I appeared in an online commercial for Vega as a student (2016) and now that I have graduated I have decided to pursue my dream of tackling the entertainment industry. I do understand that this is a tough industry but I HAVE to be even tougher! I have completed two Acting on Screen courses, a TV presenting course, a Dale Carnegie course in which I won one of the biggest presentation awards and an Introduction to Modelling course in which has inspired me even more towards my passion. Currently my aim is to continue tackling fantastic opportunities in this industry as a presenter, actress and model.
My Goal is to achieve my HIGHEST potential and to maximise on my God-given talents, gifts and insight.
