Nic Manshon

Hi, I’m Nic Manshon.
Creativity, for me, started back when I was drawing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and entering Mother’s Day competitions for KTV. I always loved art as a kid and did it as a subject throughout my schooling career.
If I were to be totally honest, I never saw a career in creativity in high school, even though art was my highest marked subject.
Hence, I went to study personal training straight after high school and thereafter worked for Virgin Active for a while. Soon enough I realized that it wasn’t for me. Nonetheless, I believe nothing is lost with learning.
After having these feelings to change my career, I started exploring creativity again. That was a good choice!
The journey started out at CPUT, studying industrial design and serving at a local church, heading up the media department. After that, I got a scholarship for digital filmmaking at SAE. I never received a scholarship before so I was super stoked to do the course, not realizing what the future may hold.

Innocent Kgothatso Moreku

My name is Innocent Kgothatso Moreku. I am one of South Africa's most influential fashion icons and the Founder of Chilling With The Creatives.

After being bitten by a fashion bug at a very young age, I was determined to see myself one day as the top stylist and creative in South Africa.

I take a lot of my inspiration from African and Eastern culture and combine them with rebellious forms of fashion that I like to mix and mismatch clothing that question the notion of good Taste. My style is an artistic conversation between what is whithin and the outside world.

With an urge not fit in with the crowded I had to find a way to stay unique with my style. Wearing the same as everyone just felt like being stuck in a football match where everyone dresses the same.

My design style is a perceptual state of metamorphosis due to my intense curiosity and wilde urge to experience. It is a dream of mine to dress one hundred years older eccentric socialite and I am always so inspired by how I am able to create perceptions of good Taste.

I have an art Exhibition that is based in Pretoria, shoshanguve called Chilling With The Creatives. It is a platform for creatives to gain recognition and get their brands out there to trade and learn from others within the creative filed.

The aim of the art movement is to close the gap between art events in pretoria's township as it the capital city of the state.

My signature conceptual label is Barbarian and my social media handles are:
